Fondant Cake
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Butter Cream Frosting:
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 600 gms (room temperature)
-Icing sugar 500 gms
-Cocoa powder 100 gms
Prepare Fondant:
-Icing sugar 900 gms
-White marshmallow 150 gms
-Color of your choice (gel color) 1 tsp or as required
-Cake
-Corn flour as required

Directions:
Prepare Butter Cream Frosting:
-In mixing bowl,add butter and beat until fluffy.
-During mixing,gradually add icing sugar and beat until well combined.
-During mixing, gradually add cocoa powder,beat well & refrigerate until use.
Prepare Fondant:
-In a large flat bowl,add icing sugar with the help of the sifter and make a well in the center.
-In bowl,add white marshmallows,food color and microwave for 40 seconds then mix until smooth.
-Immediately pour melted marshmallows over the icing sugar,mix and add more a little at a time,until stickiness disappears.Knead in remaining sugar until the fondant is smooth,pliable and does not stick to your hands.
-Cover in cling film and use fondant immediately or store in airtight container.
-With the help of the cake knife,horizontally cut two layers of cake.
-Apply frosting and place another cake layer and cover the sides of the cake with frosting & set aside.
-Take fondant and sprinkle corn flour and dough out with the help of rolling pin.
-Now roll the fondant around the rolling pin and unroll the fondant over the cake then smooth out the top of the fondant,do not press very hard.
-After the top is smooth you need to work all sides so they are flat against the cake.Once all the sides are covered,remove the excess fondant around the bottom edges of the cake with the help of the cutter.
-Decorate the cake & serve!

Important tips:

- if your fondant gets hard so you can add shortening or just microwave it for 5-6 seconds.

- if your fondant gets sticky add icing sugar or cornflour.

- once your fondant is formed and if you’re not satisfy with the colour you can adjust the colour by adding more colour in fondant to reach your desire colour

- if you want to store fondant so wrap it in cling film and store it in air tight box in room temperature.

-we have used candy land marshmallows but you can use any marshmallows.

- if you want to make it for a small cake so you can half the recipe or you can take 1 pack of marshmallows (50 grams) and 1 pack of icing sugar (300 grams)

-Mixing ka doran thora thora ker ka icing sugar shamil kertay jayein aur combine hunay tak beat ker lein.
-Mixing ka doran thora thora ker ka cocoa powder shamil karein aur ache tarhan beat ker lein & use kerna tak refrigerate ker lein.
Prepare Fondant:
-EK baday flat bowl mein icing sugar sift ker ka dal dein aur beech mein well bana lein.
-Bowl mein white marshmallows aur food color dal dein aur 40 seconds kliya microwave ker lein phir smooth hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Melted marshmallows ko foran icing sugar ka upper dal dein aur ache tarhan ghond lein yahan tak ka stickiness khatam aur fondant smooth ho jaye.
-Cling film mein fondant ko cover ker lein aur airtight container mein store ker lein.
-Cake knife ki madad sa cake ko do horizontally layers mein cut ker lein.
-Frosting laga lein aur cake ki dosri layer rakh dein aur cakes ki sides ko frosting sa cover ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Fondant ko corn flour laga ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Ab fondant ko rolling pin mein roll ker lein aur cake ka upper unroll ker dein aur fondant ko smooth ker lein.
-Jab fondant ka top smooth ho jaye tou sides ko bhi flat ker lein aur excess fondant ko cutter ki madad sa cut ker ka nikal lein.
-Cake ko decorate ker ka serve karein!
