HOW TO REPROGRAM THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND?
Most of us are not aware of our internal programs, we simply experience the situations, and then we ask ourselves, why am I like this? Why is this happening to me?….
All those negative experiences or situations that take away your power are
consequence of the erroneous programs that we download to our subconscious mind, in other words our internal beliefs or internal programs create our experiences, they create our reality... so if we are not living the life we want, the life we want is due to our internal programs, for we have to change them, eradicate them, rewrite the programs, or reprogram our minds.
There are several fundamental ways to change the subconscious programming, in this video I will share 2 ways, however there will be more in the next videos I invite you to subscribe and activate notifications
