The RX7 Audio Processing suite from iZotope is invaluable in my line of work. Post Production is a key element in making high quality video tutorials.
However, there is an issue that some of you might be experiencing when using the Breath Control module. In fact, you might not even know it's the breath control module creating the issue. I didn't know which module it was for a while!
The issue was hard TH and CH sounds being attenuated. I thought it was the De-Ess module causing this... however, it was the Breath Control module hearing those sounds and mistaking them for breaths instead of parts of words.
The solution is simple though and it has to do with the Sensitivyt control. In this video, I will show you everything you need to know about the Breath Control module to get the best results for your dialogue and singing vocals!
The Breath Control module intelligently detects breaths in dialogue or vocal recordings and suppresses them. Removing and reducing breaths in recordings can be a time-consuming process for dialogue editors and music producers alike. Breath Control can help reduce the time spent on repetitive editing without sacrificing the quality of your dialogue or vocal recordings.
