This Negasonic Surfer deck feels strong! (as long as you don't suck)

There's still a lot of data rolling in on Negasonic Teenage Warhead, but was the best NTW deck according to the early data. It felt great to play, and with a few refinements, feels like it could be a really powerful deck!

Power Estimate: This list isn't perfect, but it feels like the foundation is in place for something quite good. I had a positive win rate (despite some blunders), and lots of Silver Surfer and Control lists are gaining momentum lately. This ones meshes them together into a package that feels capable for now with big potential for improvements too.
