Slow Cooker Porcupine Meatballs with Korma Curry Sauce

These easy curried beef meatballs are a twist on old-fashioned porcupine meatballs. Cooked in the slow cooker with a creamy Korma curry sauce for a hearty family meal. Quick to prepare, this slow cooker recipe is also ideal for batch cooking and freezing (see tip below).

If the Korma sauce thickens too much during slow cooking, add in a little more water to loosen the sauce.  You can also swap beef mince for lamb or pork mince if desired.  You can also cook these Australian porcupine meatballs in the oven.

To freeze, portion cooled curry into 2 meals. Place into an airtight container. Label and freeze for up to 2 months. Defrost in the refrigerator overnight and reheat in the microwave or on the stove top
