We finally got to really try out the new FLEX PXE 80 3” polisher, and what better vehicle than the new 2020 C8 Corvette. This polisher is unreal for its size, the 12-volt platform, and the power that it delivers.
The quick-change chuck allows you to quickly change between the 12mm orbital, 3mm orbital, and rotary bits included in the kit. You get 4 speeds on the brushless FLEX PXE 80 polisher, from 2,000 to 5,800 RPM. Easily change between speeds with +/= buttons on top of the polisher head. A slide-lock switch allows you to ease into the speeds by sliding up the switch without locking into 100%.
The kit costs $399 and includes the FLEX PXE 80 polisher, two 2.5 Ah 12-Volt batteries, smart charger, 12mm orbital, 3mm orbital, rotary bit, 3" hook & loop backing plate, 1" hook & loop backing plate, 1" smooth backing plate, and the nylon bag. Flex offers a 1-year warranty with the PXE 80. We can easily recommend this PXE 80 to any Pro or enthusiast.
