يتم تركيب هذه القطعة فوق مضخة الدفع على خط الدفع للمضخة , حيث تكون معايرة على ضغط معين , حيث أقصى ضغط 10 بار , طبعا على
القطعة إضاءات حيث الإضاءة الخضراء تعطي أنها في العمل , والإضاءة الصفراء تعطي المضخة في العمل , والخط في حالة إنضغاط , وإذا كان
هناك مشكلة في سحب المضخة مثلا الخزان الرئيسي فارغ أو فيه مشكلة في المضخة يعطي إضاءة خطأ , وهناك كبسة إعادة لعمل إعادة للنظام في حال
توقف لسبب معين , وتكون القطعة موصولة بلوحة التحكم لوحدة التناضح العكسي , بحيث إذا فصلت وحدة التناضح العكسي تفصل هذه القطعة وتفصل
المضخة في حال إرتفع الضغط في الخطوط , بحيث تبقى المضخة في العمل لغاية إرتفاع الضغط في خطوط الدفع فتعطي القطعة إشارة لتفصل المضخة
حيث هذه القطعة نعطي إشارة أن الضغط في خطوط الدفع قد وصل لمرحلة لتفصل المضخة , وتعتمد القطعة في العمل على ضغط الماء في خطوط الدفع
, بحيث لو قمنا بتفريغ الخط من الماء وإنخفض الضغط تعطي القطعة إشارة لتعمل المضخة , ثم بعد إرتفاع الضغط في الخطوط لضغط معين تبعث إشارة
لتفصل المضخة , حيث أي تهريب للماء على خط الدفع ونزل الضغط تعطي القطعة إشارة للمضخة في العمل , لو قمنا بإيقاف وحدة التناضح العكسي
تبقى المضخة في العمل لضغط معين ثم تفصل بواسطة هذه القطعة , ثم لو قمنا بتجربة تنفيس الخط وتنزيل الضغط ترجع تعمل المضخة بسبب هذه القطعة
ولو قمنا بإعادة تشغيل وحدة التناضح العكسي تعطي إشارة لتعمل مضخة الدفع لأنها موصولة مع لوحة التجكم , وكما ذكرنا يتم تركيب قطعة التحكم بعد
مضخة الدفع على خط الدفع , فللقطعة أهمية في حماية مضخة الدفع أن تبقى في العمل في حال توقفت وحدة التناضح العكسي , وبالتالي لايحدث مشكلة
على الخطوط لإرتفاع الضغط.
