4. Can help improve digestion thanks to the fiber content.
5. Can help boost your immune system thanks to the vitamin C content.

7. Can help improve bone health thanks to the calcium content.
8. Can help improve heart health thanks to the healthy fats and fiber content.

Here are the ingredients you'll need:
       - 1/2  pineapple
       - 1/2 medium-size avocado peeled and pitted
