The inspiration behind this video:
One of the fundamental elements that The Brave and The Bold is presenting is a version of Bruce Wayne who is taking on fatherhood. Even though he has a family bond with various Bat-Family members, the introduction of Damian Wayne is significant. The fifth Robin being his biological son and someone he didn't even know existed, is new territory for Batman's live-action history. This allows the reboot to stand out from Robert Pattinson's Batman, who is in his early days as a crime-fighter.
What is also refreshing for The Brave and The Bold is that this will explore a Batman who already has a Bat-Family established to some degree. Christian Bale's iteration never had any of the Robins or Batgirls besides him. With Ben Affleck's Batman, there were more references to other allies, but they were never seen on-screen in the flesh. Hopefully, as 2023 goes forward, more details about the new Batman in the DC Universe will emerge sooner rather than later.
