WhatsApp Message Rules
With WhatsApp, we have two types of conversations:
User-initiated conversations
This is when a user starts a conversation with your chatbot
Business-initiated conversations
This is when a business starts a conversation with a user

Everytime a user interacts with your chatbot, a 24-hour window will open.

So that means that if a user is starting a conversation, sending a message or clicks on a button, we have 24 hours to respond to that message.

And within that 24-hour window, you can send any type of message back to the user. So this includes promotional messages and non-promotional messages.

But if you want to send a message outside the 24-hour window or you want to start a conversation as a business, you need to use WhatsApp Message Templates.

Three important things about WhatsApp Message Templates:
1. Only verified Facebook business can send these Message Templates
2. We can only send WhatsApp Message Templates in specific situations (these are called categories)
3. Every WhatsApp Message Template must be approved by WhatsApp themselves

WhatsApp Message Template categories:
1. Utility conversations. These are focused on updates about transactions and updates on account or billing information.
2. Authentication conversations. This is focused on two-factor authentication.
3. Marketing conversations. This category includes conversations about promotions, offers, reminders about events, webinars, or a booking call.
