James Melton - I'll Take You Home Again, Kathleen (1941)

The best version of this beloved ballad, in my opinion. Written in 1875 by Thomas P. Westendorf, a school teacher who wrote it for his wife. The song has been recorded by many, including Bing Crosby, Daniel O'Donnell, and Elvis Presley. This recording was released on the RCA Victor label in 1941, with "Oh, Dry Those Tears" on the other side.
