Improve Power & Performance. The Roush Cold Air Intake (CAI) is a high-flow intake designed to improve power, performance and sound for all 2015-2018 5.0L V8 F-150 models. This powerful Roush CAI will reduce induction restriction by 31% for an additional 13.9 horsepower and 19.7 lbs.-ft. of torque. Featuring an injection-moulded air box and high-flow washable and reusable dry air filter, this Roush CAI will also provide an aggressive engine growl. With its black textured finish and contrasting red filter element, this bolt-on CAI upgrade will add show-car under hood styling to any 2015 and newer V8 5.0L F-150s.
No Tune Required. This Roush Cold Air Intake is manufactured from polyethylene plastic with stainless steel clamps and a synthetic fabric filter. The air box and heat shield are made from injection-moulded plastic, while the 85mm intake tube is made from roto-moulded poly plastic. The re-usable dry filter features a two-layered design of wire mesh within the synthetic fabric help to retain its shape and ensure a long life, requiring servicing only every 100,000 miles. This CAI is compatible with the factory tune, and will not require a custom re-tune upon installation.
Bolt-On Installation. Designed to directly replace the factory cold air intake system, the Roush CAI will easily install with basic hand tools within approximately one hour. All necessary hardware is included and no cutting or other modifications are required.
