How to use more than 1 steam library folder on same drive [maybe outdated]

In the last month a few people commented that it didn't work for them

FIX for "Selected Drive already has a steam library folder Steam will manage Multiple Game installs in a single folder for you"

1. When steam is turned of add the “code” of your folder into this
2. Libraryfolders VDF Data (inside of “Steam\\steamapps” Folder
3. "2"  "E:\\Games Data (E)\\SteamLibrary (E)"
//Don’t forget the  “  and the \\ after each folder
//Use Wordpad  to not mess with formation
