Mom goes to the gardena and picks some sugar snap peas so we can make this delicious roasted sugar snap pea recipe. This is a super easy recipe and is delicious.
Preheat oven to 450
combine and mix
1 lb fresh sugar snap peas
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Once mixed place on a cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes.
