[Pot lid fried chicken soup]
1. Wash 2 chickens thoroughly and put them in boiling water. When the water starts to boil, wait for about 2 minutes, then wash them thoroughly in cold water and place them through a sieve to drain the water (Give a sheath to the chicken legs)
2. Dice 1 carrot and cut 3 potatoes into large pieces
3. Slice 1 onion and slice 2 green onions, 2 Cheongyang peppers, 2 red peppers diagonally
4. Put the sliced potatoes, carrots and onions in a bowl, 2T sesame oil, 2Tbsp garlic, 2Tbsp soy sauce, 2Tbsp fish sauce, 0.5Tbsp ginger paste, 1Tbsp oyster sauce, 2Tbsp red pepper powder, 2Tbsp red pepper paste, 3Tbsp sugar, Add a little pepper and mix well, then pour 4 cups salt water and mix.
5. Put the chicken in the lid of the pot and boil it. When the potatoes are fully cooked, add the sliced red pepper and green onion at the end to finish.
[Soybean Sprouts]
1. Wash 500g bean sprouts, put them in a pot, pour 1/2 cup of water (do not add salt), boil them for about 5 minutes, then rinse them in cold water to drain the water.
2. Put bean sprouts in a bowl, add 2 Tbsp fish sauce, 0.5 Tbsp garlic, 1 Tbsp chopped green onion, 0.5 Tbsp red pepper powder, 1 Tbsp sesame salt, 1 Tbsp sesame oil and mix gently.
[Stir-fried anchovies]
1. Put 1 Tbsp sesame oil and 1 Tbsp cooking wine in a pan, add 1 cup medium anchovy and fry briefly over medium heat in a separate bowl.
2. Stir-fry 1/2 cup of garlic and set aside
3. Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 4 tablespoons of oligosaccharide, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, and 0.5 tablespoon of red pepper powder. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and stir-fry briefly over low heat to complete the delicious stir-fry of anchovy.
[Green onion kimchi]
1. Wash 15 dried red peppers (6 red peppers if you don't have one), cut them with scissors, pour 1 cup of water, 1 cup of fish sauce and 1/4 cup of anchovy paste, and soak for about 30 minutes.
2. Trim 2 chives and wash them thoroughly
3. In a blender, put 1/4 onion, 0.5 Tbsp ginger juice, 1/2 apple, and soaked dried red pepper, add 2 Tbsp rice and grind
4. Pour the ground into a bowl to mix, add 6 tablespoons red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons plum juice, 2 tablespoons starch syrup, and 1 tablespoon sugar and mix.
5. Sprinkle with chives and mix evenly
