Narenjestan Qavam Museum Garden
The family of Qawam al-Mulk are the main owners of this orangery, which is still known as Qawam. During the Qajar era, this garden was the place to settle the differences of subjects and hold meetings of elders and princes. It is not bad to know that the government of Fars has been in the hands of Qavam al-Mulk family for several centuries and the main building here is very beautiful and the fact that there are so many orange trees in its large yard gives a special softness to the atmosphere. You can see the figures of lions, graves and Achaemenid soldiers and fighting with legendary creatures on the stones of Qiraina below the wall of the mansion. It can be said that this building is one of the masterpieces of the Qajar period, because it is full of mirror work, painting, tiling, plastering and carving. Ebrahim Khan Qavam al-Mulk gifted this building to Shiraz University in 1345, and now it is the Faculty of Architecture.
