The day at the Severn Valley Railway Spring Steam Gala 2023 was wet but enjoyable! I found new parts of the line to film from and met some new and old friends along the way! All of the visiting and new-into-traffic engines put on an amazing show despite the weather. Services ran later than usual but all of the drivers opened up the regulator a bit more in attempts to speed up the services, there was a bit of an issue at Highley where they sent two engines down and had to do a bunch of reshuffling.
