Citi's New Travel Portal: Everything You Need to Know

Citi's new travel portal, called Citi Travel (https://www.citi.com/citi-partner/tra...) with Booking.com, will replace the existing Citi ThankYou Travel Center. The portal, powered by Booking.com, will provide access to over 1.4 million hotels globally and features a customizable payment system, 24/7 customer support, and the ability to earn points on all bookings. The portal will also offer hundreds of thousands of attractions worldwide and two new hotel programs: Hotel Collection and Luxury Collection. Customers will be able to redeem ThankYou Rewards points at a rate of 1 cent per point toward travel booked on the portal.
