Becoming a RBI grade B officer is a dream for many and why not! It's one of the most prestigious jobs which is highly rewarding in many ways, be it the salary or perks, knowledge, experience, diverse job profile prospects and endless learning opportunity with the monetary head and Central bank of our country. This dream came true for Jasleen Hundal as she became the RBI Grade B Officer 2023. In her pursuit, she left no stone unturned in ensuring her selection through each stage of Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 i.e. the interview. Coming from a background in Chemistry and also teaching this subject to students of NEET, Jalsleen had first attempted the RBI Grade B exam in 2021. However, despite clearing Phase 1 then, she did not appear for Phase 2, as her failure in SBI PO exam, demotivated her. She later found her motivation again from her students of chemistry and decided to appear again in 2023 after the notification came out.
