Biden tests positive for COVID, cancels Las Vegas campaign event

The sudden announcement that US President Joe Biden has tested positive for COVID, has thrown the already chaotic election campaign into more disarray.
It is the third time Biden, who is 81, has contracted the virus.
The news came as Biden was scheduled to give a speech to a group of Latino civil rights advocates in Las Vegas.
