Vijay Sharma's Triumph as Antfin Takes a Back Seat
In a significant development, Antfin has taken a major step by trimming its ownership stake in Paytm from 23.79% down to 9.90%. This shift means that no Antfin associate holds the status of a Significant Beneficial Owner in the Paytm company. As part of this strategic maneuver, Antfin also conducted a related transaction, selling off 3.6% of its stake, resulting in a substantial gain of INR 2,037 Crores.
