"Reliabilt" Bifold Doors from Lowe's - a tale of two sources!

After 3 trips to a local Lowe's, I found the difference between bifold doors with the same part number in their system. Buyer beware!
I ordered 2 online to pick up in store. They chose one good door, and another door that had the hardware removed. Got home, realized it, drove back. The one they replaced it with was the cheaper hardware model. Drove back, went to the bay myself to examine the doors and this is what I found.
