Ingredients

Matcha mascarpone Filling:
* egg yolk 1
* sugar 25g
* whipping cream 80g
* mascarpone cheese 90g
* honey 10g
* sifted matcha powder for Matcha tea 2g
* sifted matcha powder for honey syrup 0.5g
* sifted matcha powder for mascarpone Filling 0.5g

Ladyfingers Ingredients:
* 1 large egg , separate the egg white and yolk, room temperature
* a pinch of salt
* sugar 33g
* cake flour 33g
* powder sugar for dusting 2 tbsp
