Solo on Iraq's Highway of Death 🇮🇶

I decided to leave Baghdad and head north to the city of Mosul however it was a 4 hour road trip. Now many tourists tend to travel Iraq on a tour to avoid any stress however this was not my decision, I found the first taxi available and agreed a price and off I went.

Firstly we stopped in a town called Samarra which is run by local militia who held my passport whilst I visited the mosque, after a windy visit we continued our journey to Mosul. This is how it went...🇮🇶
