On 10.03.2018 our sister Elli
On 10.03.2018 our sister Elli (* 19.03.1999 - † 10.03.2018) died on a fatal accident with a professional sport airplane together with the pilot.
The cause of this tragic accident is not yet known, the investigation may take weeks.
We are incredibly sad and can not believe it ourselves
but believe that she is in a better place now.
She was the best sister we ever could have had!
We are grateful for every minute we could spend with her
and for all common experiences and memories!
Music was her great passion, whenever she needed time, strength or distraction, she took an instrument, played and sang.
On 15.05.17 she wrote this song, to which we will probably never hear the melody.
We decided to release the lyrics because we hope that we can encourage you to use and enjoy your life wisely while it is still possible.

WE BUILD OUR OWN KINGDOM
Do you still remember when we played in the woods
Oh how the time passed by
When we were younger we built our castle right in the forest at the end of our street
We felt like the kings oh our tree house, it was the castle and we were the kings
We’d climb up on the tree tops looking into the nests of the black bird
Ran up on hill tops, played hide and seek in the fields and the woods and in our castle oooh
Hiding silent in the tall grass, waiting for a deer to come, to watch it peacefully grazing, watching grebes dance in the moonlight

When on the fields we would pick daisies and poppies, make a bunch of flowers that we'd bring home to our parents to light up their face

And when a storm was raging we'd sit on the swing in the backyard watching the thunderbolt crashing on earth list’ning to thunders but we were safe - cuz we had each other
When it got summer we took water pistols and faugh while we laughed oh it was just a game
And as we grew older we went in the forest we'd dig our own castle cave.
It was our kingdom that no one could take from us and we had it all.
We climbed onto roof tops and we would build rope swings, we'd jump in the lake even if it still was winter
And we wandered through valleys and mountains and our journey's our destination.
Jump down from cliffs into waterfalls - we ventured to live
We we're willing to take all the injuries of falling down on the ground cause we'd always get up and nothing could bring us down
As we built our own kingdom and we, we were the kings
And now i'm glad that we still got each other doing road trips, taking any chance for an adventure
So promise that you won't forget this, the times when we laughed and we cried, building our castles cause we still are the kings
