In this video we will show you how to upgrade your Jio Phone Software.
Let us now see how to upgrade your Jio Phone Software:
Before we proceed to upgrade Jio Phone Software note that:
• Your Jio Phone is Connected to the Jio network
• Your Jio Phone Battery is Adequately Charged
Step 1: Press the ‘Centre button’ and select ‘Settings’.
Step 2: Go to ‘Device tab’ using Navigation Keys and Press Ok to
select ‘Device Information’.
Step 3: Use Navigation Keys to Scroll Down to select ‘LYF Software
Update’ option and Press ‘OK’
Step 4: Your Jio Phone will immediately start Downloading the Latest
Software Update. It could take up to 10mins for the Software
to be Downloaded & Installed.
Note: Please do not Switch Off your Jio Phone or Remove the Battery
till the Installation is completed.
If your Jio Phone is already on the Latest Software Version your Phone will Display the Message that “The System is already Up to Date”.
