Cloud Light Rays inside After Effects Part 1 of 2

Hey what's up David here with AfterVideoFX and welcome back to the channel. Today we're creating these light rays shining through the clouds and on to our footage surface using after effects. Part 2 will come out in about 1-2 weeks. Hope you guys enjoy.
One other thing you can do optionally is you can add some rotation keyframes to all the cloud layers and be sure to randomise the speed and duration for the rotation.
