This 1976 Triumph Stag has issues. Can I make it run and drive again? Pt1: Cylinder Head Removal.

Hello! Welcome to Mart's Garage. My Neighbour's Triumph Stag has been off the road for maybe 20 years. He used to start it but one day it had a problem. I agreed to remove the head and see what is in there. Needless to say the job snowballed into a top end engine teardown and whatever it needed to get it running again. So - can I get it running again and ultimately driving? That is part 1. Let's get one head off. Mart.
