• Detergents are primarily consumer products, just like food and drink. I mean, you eat and drink, and of course you wash your plate - your hand - your mouth - your hair - you take a shower - you wash your clothes - your carpets - your car..... etc. So the project is very much in demand and don’t let anyone laugh at you. The course contains step-by-step practical videos on how to manufacture the most important and most widely consumed products in the world in the field of manufacturing detergents and disinfectants. The products have been divided into 3 main groups in the practical part as follows:
1- The first group includes kitchen and toilet detergents, such as shower gel and hand soap (wash) in 3 different shapes, transparent, cream and pearly, with very good quality and a competitive price, suitable for supplies to hotels, tourist villages, restaurants, hyper malls, etc., with mentioning the possibility of reducing the cost of the product. This set also includes high-quality multi-purpose liquid soap with an economical formula in the formulation booklets included with the course. The set also includes a fat and grease remover for stoves and hoods, a stainless steel polish and a rust remover.
2- The second group includes Laundry Detergents and laundry detergents: In an exclusive way at Mahjoub Chemical Industries, you will learn how to manufacture laundry gel for regular washing machines - laundry gel for automatic washing machines - a stain dissolver with the power of high-quality oxygen, such as Clorox colors.
3- The third group includes various products such as a general floor cleaner and disinfectant of high quality, such as the major companies - leather and car dashboard polish - an air freshener with a unique formula at Mahjoub Chemical Industries, through which you will learn about the quality of the essential oil used and how to make encapsulated perfume.
• The course includes a practical video to solve the most important problem you may encounter in the detergent industry, which is the coating of the product in two ways
• Also a practical video of how to test the fogging point of detergent products in general. Liquid soap was taken as an example for this test.
In addition to the theoretical part, which is no less important than the practical part, which the course began with, and includes the following:
1- A video about safety and security in the work area + types of materials used (surface effects) in a professional, academic manner.
2- A comprehensive practical video about the raw materials used in the manufacture of detergents and disinfectants. This means that you will see the raw material with your own eyes and learn about its function within the various products - the video is presented in a professional manner (attached is a PDF file containing the commercial and scientific names of all the raw materials mentioned).
3- Video to learn about the most important measuring devices used in this field.
4- A video about the pH value and how to adjust it 100% in practice.
5- A video explaining the materials and cost program - through which you can know the quantity of any material included in the product in addition to its final price with the click of a button.
