While it is always highly recommended to remove screens before cleaning any windows, there is room for an exception. Still, it is incredibly important to communicate with customers and set expectations accordingly

I go inside the home and remove screens personally whenever possible, 99% of the time. Still, there are those exceptions to the rule, where I’ll keep screens in place and only give the covered glass a pure water rinse.
