The softest and fluffiest pumpkin loaf ever! As you may tell from its look, this pumpkin bread has the super duper soft and moist texture. This is a keeper recipe with loads of mashed pumpkin and topped with pumpkin seeds.

~Recipe yields 2 babka loaves~

Ingredients (Sweet Stiff Starter)
60g sourdough starter
180g high protein flour
80g water
30g sugar

Ingredients (Dough)
420g high protein flour
40g sugar
8g salt
120g milk
50g whipping cream
250g mashed pumpkin
40g unsalted butter
All of the sweet stiff starter
