In this video we show you how to retrofit a house that has strip vents for soffit vents with attic baffles.  This particular house didn't have any access from the attic to the soffit area, so the attic baffles had to be installed from outside.  The V-Baffles are designed specifically for retrofit, whether from the attic or the soffit board.
