Hello Foodies,
I know they are many people with celiac disease and gluten intolerance who are looking for a good soft healthy chapati that does not taste like a cardboard. Look no further, I have for you the best gluten free white chapati flour that makes the roti soft, not chewy or hard to tear. I am calling this white chapati flour because the chapati made from this looks and smells almost identical to a wheat chapati and healthy, too. I was missing wheat chapati and parathas after going on gluten free diet so I tried various combination of flours and this one came out to be the winner. I thought it's important to share the video with everyone as I have been using this flour mix since 2009 and the recipe is on my blog.

The flours used in this mix are easily available online and in stores if you are living in Canada. Even if you’re not gluten-sensitive or have celiac, you may want to consider mixing flours along with whole wheat flour to make rotis, wraps and parathas to make them more nutritious.
