PUTO CAKE

Makes 30 - 32 pcs (2oz)
Cooking time :  4 to 5 mins when using cup molds
Pan molds will take 20 to 25 minutes

Ingredients:

Cheese, salted egg sliced

Meringue:
Egg whites - 8 medium
Granulated White Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cream of Tartar (I used ferna) – 1  tsp *optional

Batter:
Cake Flour - 3 cup
Baking Powder - 3 tsp
Water – 1 1/2 c
Granulated White Sugar - 1 cup
