One of Uganda's leading health service providers is International Hospital Kampala, IHK and Dr. Ian Clarke is the man behind this hospital under the International Medical Group. Dr. Clarke, who was born in Northern Ireland 60 years ago settled in Uganda in 1987 as a medical practitioner at Kiwoko Hospital in the Luweero Triangle that was just smarting from war. He founded IHK over 15 years ago but has now given up its management to venture into politics.
