Highlights from Julius Erving's final home game at the Philadelphia Spectrum on April 17, 1987. Erving's 76ers took on the Indiana Pacers and was honored pre-game and scored his 30,000th career point during the game. Erving had a game high 38 points on 17 of 31 shooting.
Included in this clip are Erving making multiple baskets, including the record-breaking 30,000th point. Maurice Cheeks and Charles Barkley make cameos as well.
Unfortunately, the Pacers took the 115-111 win to overshadow Dr. J's night.
