Vintage Stanley No 40 5” Brace Drill Restoration

Welcome to my channel, in this video I will be restoring a vintage Stanley no 40 Brace with a 5” sweep. I found this in my local market for £1. Initially I had no intention on filming a restoration on it. However since I was going to clean it up for myself I though perhaps I should share it with everyone. As you will see in the video it came out much better than I expected. Now I’m tempted to restore my other braces. I hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed making it.
