Ingredients:
1 tbsp Fortune Sunflower Oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp hing
1 tsp garlic chopped
Few curry leaves
2 dried red chillies
2 tbsp Fortune Besan
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 cup pumpkin diced
¼ cup zucchini diced
¼ cup yellow squash diced
1 tbsp sambhar masala
Water
1 tbsp jaggery
1 tbsp tamarind pulp
Salt
Pepper powder
