Fortify Alchemy:
Location- Ancestor Glade, Item- Yellow Mountain Flowers

Fortify Enchanting:
Location- Autumn Shade Clearing, Item- Blue Butterfly Wings
Location- Dawnstar, Item- Snowberries

Salt Piles! There is an infinite salt pile glitch super easy! Buy salt piles from a merchant, save, k*ll them, reload your save and there ya go their inventory should have reset do this until you have a good stock of salt piles!
