I didn't embrace any civilians, but I had enough XP from common enemies and quests, so in most fights I'm only slightly underleveled. And with upgraded weapons you can still do a lot of damage.

There isn't that many weapons and vampire abilities, and I only used some of them in the video. Not all of them were useful for me.
