There are some puzzle constructors it is appropriate to be scared of.  Jay Dyer, for example! Her sudoku Shockwaves is as brilliant and beautiful as it is brutal.  Many of you have requested Simon attempt this one... but can he actually solve it?

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Nine cells in the grid (one per row/column/3x3 box) are “doublers”, and have a value equal to double their digit. Each digit appears in exactly one doubler. In each cage, the values of the cells sum to the clue in the top left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat in a cage (values may repeat after doubling).

Simon has recorded his solve of Mr Menace's EXCEPTIONAL puzzle Masyudoku.  This is so good that Simon is a tiny bit concerned that it might be enjoyed by a wider audience, despite its ruleset (which is much easier to get to grips with if the solver has a working knowledge of the Japanese logic puzzle Masyu).
