Loose Ball Foul Call - Basketball Referees You Make The Call

Here we have a 1 point difference in a highly volatile conference game with 3 minutes left. Green has the ball on the right wing and loses it as he comes across the top of the 3 point line. As the ball is loose Green #2 tries to run down the loos ball as it heads towards the opposite sideline, but Orange 11 dives for the loose ball from the opposite angle and appears to cut off or foul Green #2. To make matters worse Green #2 is flying at the closest, calling official which makes it an even tougher play for the official to rule on. What do you have on this play? Was it a correct foul call on Orange #11 for cutting off & tripping Green #2? Or should it have been a no call because Orange #11 appears to get to the ball first?
