LXU is a basic materials and chemicals company, LSB Industries, that has recently shown up in our query. We have had profitable trades with this company in the past and in this In this [Is LSB Industries Stock (LXU) a Good Stock to Buy Now?] video 🎥 we will be conducting a short due diligence to determine if it may be a good investment opportunity. Using our Google sheet, we can easily track the stock's prices from Google Finance and fill in the necessary data, such as the 52-week high and low. After analyzing the stock's chart and financials, we have determined that it has been on a downward trend, possibly due to negative earnings and a cyclical nature. Our main concern is its high debt and discrepancies in outstanding shares and float. However, the stock does have potential with a decent risk-reward ratio, as it is nearing a support level and has potential upside into the high 20s. We will also take into consideration any seasonal trends that may affect the stock's performance. Overall, LXU is currently in our "Bullpen" list, awaiting a technical setup improvement before being considered for our top swing trading stocks to watch. We will continuously monitor the stock and update our sheet with support and resistance levels, as well as potential buy and sell prices to determine a solid risk-reward profile.
