I wanted to document my daily routine as I begin to rewrite, reprogram and restructure my strength and conditioning routine following 5 months in Australia and a cancelled athletic adventure. Transitioning from a "peak" mesocycle back to a "base" mesocycle, all my current training is based on the teachings of my NEW book #BLUEPRINT (which was written, edited and formatted on AMD-powered HP ENVY x360 laptop) and whilst this wasn't how I'd planned the rest of 2021 to pan out, I'm really enjoying bringing you these types of videos since they show how to practically apply the fitness theory and philosophy of the book in real life.
