Large Ship Clarity Thinks it Doesn't Need a Pilot and it Goes Wrong in Teignmouth

On Saturday, the 26th of November, the ship Clarity headed to Teignmouth Harbour. The pilot was helping the ship in front of Clarity, but the captain got impatient and decided to bring her in without the pilot. It didn't go well.

Teignmouth harbour can only accept large ships at high tide as there is little room for manoeuvre.
