I've chosen to use a pre-made ham, there's some really good quality ones out there that will save you the trouble and time brining one yourself.
I'll take you through my method for preparing and smoking a Christmas ham. Essentially we're just prepping it, re-heating it and glazing it. So stick around and you'll see how easy it really is. This will be sure to "WOW" your guests when they see it!
