Note there was a mistake in the video. Protection prayers in the escape caves do nothing against the npcs, they still maxhit 8 through prayer. Just put on your best range/melee tank gear and piety/augury.
Updates:
-Range hits no longer deal chip damage if prayed against
-Magic attacks now deal damage
-Guaranteed freezes if you are at or above +0 magic attack bonus, lower than this you will splash.
-Accursed sceptre/webweaver are the best setups. Accursed sceptre has higher dps when risking occult and using decent medium risk gear (bloodbark/imbued cape)
-Loot is given to up to 10 people.
