Truck 50 *Ride Along* Inside Investigation

Truck 50 responding along with Engine 502 and Engine 54-2 to an inside investigation for an odor of propane in a dwelling. Crews ventilated and ensured there were no leaks before clearing. Willow Street Fire Company. Taken 05/08/24

A: Our fire house is located in the town of Willow Street, just south of Lancaster City, Lancaster County Pennsylvania.

A: That is called the "Roto-Ray," it is a spinning light designed to catch drivers attention.

Q: "Why is the call so far away?" or "Why does it take so long to get there?"
A: Many of our responses, or at least many of the ones that are uploaded are responding to assist other departments. Usually another firehouse can be seen or is passed by who is already on the call. We can reach the far end of our first due in West Lampeter Twp within 5 minutes, and in Providence Twp about 7.
