Quick update regarding my professional life. I understand that organizations have proprietary info and need to protect themselves so sometimes people must be walked out. However, it’s equally as important to treat people like…people.
Companies can focus on the financial aspect while also being caring of their team members. Empathy is important, always.
I’m so excited for the next chapter and can’t wait for the new challenge in the coming years.
