Judge says Jack Smith wasn't validly appointed in dismissal of Trump documents case

Judge Aileen Cannon on Monday tossed out the federal charges former President Trump faced over his handling of classified documents. CBS News legal contributor Jessica Levinson has more on how Cannon made that decision and whether it can be appealed.
